Abstract
The article seeks to contribute to the understanding of the ethics of action present in Georges Canguilhem, and is inserted in this sense, in developments and appropriations of the author's work that aspire to recognize his interest in ethical and political issues, in his early developments, which persist in his conceptualisation of the normative dynamics of the living. In the first part, the study focuses on clarifying the concept of social actor, considering the contributions of E. Durkheim, M. Weber and A. Touraine on the link between individual and society, action and interpretation. In the second part, the argumentation focuses on the notions of person and subject, with the aim of trying to clarify the scope of the proposals developed by Canguilhem regarding the normative dynamics and the valuation of the world as central aspects for the understanding of human autonomy in the face of social facts.
